  • What will we actually gain from Everlight Love?+

    Everlight Love helps you understand each other better, talk more calmly and rebuild closeness — even when finding a shared language feels hard. The coach guides you step by step through empathetic conversations, helping you uncover the needs, emotions and patterns shaping your relationship. You learn not only to resolve conflicts, but above all to build a safer, more conscious and closer bond in everyday life.

  • Do we have to be "in crisis" to use Everlight Love?+

    No. Everlight Love was created both for couples who want to repair difficulties and for those who simply want to understand each other better, talk more calmly and build a closer relationship day by day.

  • What if my partner doesn't want to take part?+

    You can start on your own. Many people begin by working on their own way of communicating, their emotions and their needs — before inviting their partner into a shared conversation. Often, simply changing how we understand ourselves and how we speak in the relationship starts to shift the dynamic. You can invite your partner later with one click.

  • Does AI replace couples therapy?+

    No. Everlight Love does not replace psychotherapy or specialist help in crisis situations. It is a guided conversation that supports communication, reflection and connection between partners.

• How does the experience work?▾

  • Are we talking with a human?+

    No. Everlight Love is an intelligent, purpose-built relationship coach designed specifically to guide conversations for couples and for solo work. The tool is built around the topics couples really wrestle with — communication, conflict, emotional distance, needs, trust and closeness. The coach helps strengthen the pillars that build lasting love and a sense of safety in the relationship.

  • What is an empathetic conversation?+

    An empathetic conversation helps you move from mutual blame and defensiveness toward a real understanding of both people's needs. The coach translates emotions, tension and difficult messages into a shared language of needs, intentions and feelings. This makes it easier to see what truly lies underneath a conflict — and to build strategies that support both sides instead of deepening the distance.

  • What is included in a session?+

    Each session includes several elements that support your relationship: a check-in on the 7 pillars of love, a conversation with the coach around specific topics and challenges, strengthening the weaker pillars, a "Letter from the Garden" — a summary of what came up during the conversation, which needs and emotions surfaced and what discoveries you made, practices and exercises for the couple, a re-check of the pillars of love, a chart showing your progress session by session, and the ability to download the whole experience as a PDF. This way you can revisit your conversations and keep understanding each other better long after the session ends.

  • Does the coach remember our previous conversations?+

    Yes. The coach has memory of your previous sessions, practices and reflections, so the next conversations can be more personalised and go deeper. You also have access to the history and archive of your sessions, so you can return to earlier discoveries, practices and important moments of your relationship.

• Convenience and access▾

  • Do sessions happen at fixed times?+

    No. Everlight Love is available 24 hours a day — you can use it whenever you have space and readiness for a conversation. From your phone or laptop, together or separately.

  • Do we need to be in the same place?+

    No. Each person can join from their own phone or laptop — from anywhere and at any time the two of you agree on.

  • How long does one session last?+

    Most sessions take about 20–30 minutes, depending on the topic and the pace of your conversation.

  • Do we need to install an app?+

    No. Everlight Love runs directly in your browser — on phone and on laptop.

• Privacy and security▾

  • Are our session conversations private?+

    Yes. Session content is encrypted; only the participants invited into the conversation have access. We don't share it with third parties, we don't use it for ads and we don't train models on it. You can export or delete your data at any time (GDPR).

• Payments and subscription▾

  • Can I try Everlight Love for free?+

    The first three turns of your first session are free, so you can see whether the experience and this form of conversation help you. Further sessions require credits or a subscription.

  • Does my partner have to pay separately too?+

    No. One person buys the plan and invites their partner with a link — you both use the same session at no extra charge. One purchase = one couple.

  • What if I cancel after the first month?+

    You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. After cancelling you keep access until the end of the paid period — the payment simply stops renewing. One-time bundles do not renew automatically.

  • How do refunds work?+

    Under EU law you have 14 days to withdraw from a digital purchase, provided you haven't started using the product.

    If something technical goes wrong, you can use the "Report a problem" option inside the app or write to info@everlightlove.com.
